A practice painting, took me about 2 hours. Is based on a reference photo. You can watch the video and see how I go about this process. Basically I start by painting with a reference at the side and then I take the image in my own direction!

After viewing a couple of your works, I've come to notice the pattern of the red-headed woman in a number of them. Being a big story buff, I can't help but wonder if she's a wandering soul who didn't cross over with the others. What brings her to a snow-capped volcano after her journey through forest and coast?
Putting that aside, though, the snow seems to end too suddenly for how low it's come on the volcano, but otherwise I love it!
